So important not to slack of on praying, even when they’re adults!

    • Reply Jen E. 2018 at 10:48 AM

Yeah, it’s definitely easy to slack especially if we’re praying for something so far off. And you’re right, keep praying over them all the way through the adult years.

Compassion. Boldness. Courage. I’m going to start including these attributes in my prayers for my children. Thank you!

Amen Carri! The attacks our kids come under is no joke. We need to equip them, and keep them under a covering of prayer. I let my kids use these too, so they’re aware of the areas they need to build up for themselves.

Such good things to pray for your children! Your babies are so blessed to have a mama who takes the time to pray these things for them! Love your heart!

Oh, Kristin, thank you so much. I want to cover them with protection in any and every way possible.

Instilling good values in to children from younger age is so important.

It truly is. Just as they require math and reading, they also require prayer and spiritual growth.

Even though I grew up in attending church, we didn’t read the Bible at home. These would have been great to practice as a little kid. They are solid life lessons.

Kim, I didn’t have that at home either, so to see my kids learning these verses faster than me is such a blessing.

This is such a great resource! Thank you for sharing!! It’s so easy to forget to pray for ourselves/kids before we’re at the end of our rope.

It really is. The day starts, and before you know it you’re rushing out the door, then filling our day with so many tasks. Or you come to the end of the night and your exhausted from dealing with frustrations all day, all you want to do it lay down and go to sleep.

Now I carry these with me so I can pray them over the kids all the time, wherever I am.
