    Looks yummy! These are pretty much the dessert version of the Sweet Potato Muffins I posted about this morning. I didn’t think about including maple flavors…next time!

      Oh yeah! I just hopped over to check those out (and of course Pin them). I love that you used yogurt in the batter. Try the maple syrup, it really worked well with all the other flavors.

    This a much healthier take on the traditional cupcake! Plus, I loooove sweet potato! I think this is going to become one of my favorite recipes! I love having cupcakes in the morning with my cup of coffee, so this recipe os going to make my mornings! 🙂 Thanks for sharing!

      Great portion control, right! this would be great in the morning with some coffee, I’d even be willing to leave off the frosting …well, until dessert, then it’s on!

      Celeste, the name makes me think of two things: Campfires & Thanksgiving! Either way, they both evoke happy thoughts!

      Amber I think the trick is getting the right amount of powdered sugar to stiffen the fluff. Good luck, let me know how it turns out.

    These sound very good…I’m sure the sweet potato makes them really moist and the specks of vanilla in the frosting
