In a small saucepan bring berries, cinnamon & sugar to a slow simmer. Give berries a light smash (this will create a little liquid in the saucepan to start a simmer).
In a separate small bowl, mix cornstarch with a few tablespoons of water to make a loose paste-like thickener.
Once the berries have mostly popped, slowly add thickener while stirring to create the compote (you will not need all of the cornstarch thickener).
Add vanilla to your compote once it's complete, then sit aside to cool.
Lightly toast your Naan (or flatbread).
Spread the goat cheese on the toasted Naan.
Add compote over goat cheese.
Top with Basil + Mint
